The New Balance Women's FuelCell 996v4 Tennis Shoes flip the script! There's a completely reimagined construction that helps it sit lower to the court, is significantly lighter, and comes with New Balance's most propulsive performance foam to date: FuelCell. This update is all about helping those with the fastest footwork in the game move even faster.

Width: B (Regular)

Upper: Synthetic mesh and Hypoknit combine for a lightweight, breathable, and supportive experience tailored specifically for tennis players. A traditional tongue features "wings" to keep you locked in place (essentially a half sleeve). A PU Medial Guard provides protection around the toe.

Insole: An Ortholite Insert ensures underfoot comfort and security.

Midsole: FuelCell technology runs through the full length of the shoe, and offers the brand's highest energy return and propulsion to date. A top-loaded shank ensures torsional stability.

Outsole: The non-marking, NDurance rubber compound enhances durability in high-wear areas of the shoe. LWSR replaces NDurance in low-wear areas, allowing for full-ground contact with weight reduction. The FuelCell 996v4 features an 8mm heel-to-toe drop.
